Shipping policy

MONHEGANS SHIPPING POLICY 


Shipments do not occur on holidays or weekends. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, expect a few extra days on your package. If it ends up being longer than that then we will email you and if you have any questions about your order email us at info@monhegans.com. 

 

DAMAGE 

Monhegans is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or us at our email. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods. 

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING 

You should receive an email to the email address you put in at checkout and a tracking number shortly after your order has been placed. 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TAXES

Monhegans is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We do have international shipping to only certain countries.
